Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with tracking information to update you on the status of your delivery.
Shipping Methods And Delivery Times
We currently offer postage through Royal Mail within the UK and Ireland:
UK Deliveries:
- Standard Delivery (3-5 business days): £3.95
- Express Shipping (1-2 business days): £5.95
Ireland Deliveries:
- Standard Delivery (3-5 business days): £8.95
Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on location, carrier and time of the year. We strive to ensure that your order arrives within the specified time frame, but please note that factors such as weather conditions or delivery delays may impact delivery times.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping at this time. Please sign up to our newsletter to be the first to find out when we do.
Order Tracking

Delivery Address
Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is complete and correct. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses.
Missing Or Lost Orders
If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time frame, please contact us immediately at help@luniumlondon.com. We will work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue. In the rare event that an item is lost or damaged during transit, please let us know at help@luniumlondon.com
Delivery Issues
If you are unavailable to accept the delivery, the courier will usually leave a card and attempt to redeliver or leave the parcel at a nearby collection point. For any issues regarding failed deliveries, please check with the courier or contact our customer support team.
Changes To Delivery Details
If you need to change your delivery address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at help@luniumlondon.com. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but if the order has already been dispatched, we may not be able to adjust the address.
