Overview

Thank you for shopping with Lunium London! We hope you love your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes you may change your mind or need to return an item. Please read our returns and refunds policy carefully to understand the process.

Returns Eligibility

  • Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since you received your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund.
  • The item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item is in its original packaging, including any tags, labels, and accessories.
  • The item has not been washed or altered in any way.
  • Any sign of body odour, perfume or makeup will automatically void your refund and your order will be sent back to you. If items are rejected upon inspection of the return, this will be sent back to you on a 2nd class postal service.
  • You have proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt, etc.).

How To Return An Item

To create your return please contact returns@luniumlondon.com

The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your total refund amount. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received, inspected and approved, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our part (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect items).

  • Faulty or Incorrect Items: If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at help@luniumlondon.com with your order details and photos of the item. We will arrange a free return and issue a full refund, including any delivery costs you incurred.
  • Refund Processing Time: Once your refund is processed, the time it takes to appear in your account depends on your payment method and bank. This can take up to 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Items purchased in a sale or with a discount can be returned, but they must meet the same eligibility criteria as full-price items (unworn, unused, in original condition, etc.). Sale items are non-refundable if they are not returned within the 14-day return window.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, colour, or item, please return the original item and place a new order through our website. If you are unsure of sizing, please refer to our Size Guide for more details before making a purchase.

Cancelling An Order

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, please contact us immediately at help@luniumlondon.com. If your order has already been dispatched, please follow our standard returns process once you receive the goods.
