No, we’re not a dropshipping business. All of our stock is held here in the UK, which is how we’re able to ship orders within 3-5 working days and in some cases, offer next day delivery. We only sell what we physically have in stock, and unless stated otherwise, we don’t take backorders. If you’re ordering from within the UK, you can shop confidently knowing your items are coming from a UK based retailer.

We use Royal Mail for all our deliveries, and our delivery times are based on their service estimates. While we always aim to dispatch promptly, any delays after dispatch are typically due to Royal Mail’s network.
